new dates for spl fixtures

THE SPL today announced re-arranged dates for Celtic’s Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League matches with Rangers and Motherwell.

Gordon Strachan’s side will entertain Rangers at Celtic Park on Wednesday, January 23, providing neither side is involved in a Scottish Cup replay on that date.

The Hoops will also travel to Fir Park on Wednesday, January 30, to take on Motherwell. Both games will kick-off at 7.45pm.

The original fixtures had been postponed early in the New Year as a mark of respect after the tragic death of former Celt and Motherwell captain, Phil O’Donnell.
