        <title>Broadley family sign up for #BeCeltic for 2013/14 season</title>
        <description> CELTIC&amp;nbsp;supporters have had the Celtic Park Ticket Office staff working hard to keep pace with the demand for next season&amp;rsquo;s seats as the renewal deadline approaches this Friday, May 24. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  Among those having safely secured their seats is Michael Broadley from Bannockburn. &amp;nbsp;Michael was amongst the first supporters to renew his season ticket for the 2013/2014 season, and has also renewed for his kids Josh (9) and Chloe (14) (Pictured above at a recent visit to Celtic Park) for what will be their fourth season in Paradise.</description>

        <title>Bid now for unique Famine Memorial Celtic shirts</title>
        <description> ON Sunday, May 12, events were held around the world for National Famine Memorial Day.  &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;As part of Celtic&amp;rsquo;s commemoration, the team wore the home kit with the National Famine Memorial Day logo embroidered on the Hoops shirts and Celtic Charity is delighted to offer you the opportunity to bid on one of these unique shirts from a selection of original, signed, team shirts worn in that match, the day they also lifted the SPL trophy following a 4-0 win over St Johnstone.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proceeds of this shirt sale will be used to fund Celtic Charity projects.</description>

        <title>Lustig: We're determined to do the Double </title>
        <description> WITH the league trophy draped in green and white ribbons inside Celtic Park, the Hoops already have one piece of silverware to their name this season.  &lt;br /&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;  That&amp;acute;s made Mikael Lustig and his team-mates even hungrier to add to that on Sunday, but the Swedish defender understands it has also put more pressure on to their shoulders. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He wants nothing more than to take the Scottish Cup back to Paradise this weekend to sit it next to the SPL trophy,&amp;nbsp;and after the successful season Celtic have had he knows there is even more expectation on them to perform.</description>

        <title>Kris Commons retires from international football</title>
        <description> KRIS Commons has announced that he has ended his Scotland career to concentrate on his family and on club football. &amp;nbsp;The Celtic midfielder won 12 caps and scored two goals for Scotland.  &lt;br&gt;

        <title>It was 10 years ago today...</title>
        <description> IT was 10 years ago today, on May 21, 2003, that Celtic took on Porto in the UEFA Cup final at the Estadio Olimpico in Seville.  It was the club&amp;rsquo;s first European final in 33 years. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It had been an incredible European campaign for Martin O&amp;rsquo;Neill&amp;rsquo;s side, from the disappointment of being knocked out at the qualifying stage of the UEFA Champions League by FC Basel, right through to the dramatic final against Porto.</description>

        <title>Celtic in Seville - 10th anniversary display</title>
        <description> On May 21, 2003, over 80,000 Celtic supporters descended upon the Spanish city of Seville to watch Martin O&amp;rsquo;Neill&amp;rsquo;s side face Jose Mourinho&amp;rsquo;s Porto in the UEFA Cup final,&amp;nbsp;in what was Celtic&amp;rsquo;s first European final in over 30 years. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  Despite two stunning headers from Henrik Larsson &amp;ndash; who would go on to be named Man of the Match - Celtic lost out 3-2 on the night, as Porto&amp;nbsp;won the match and the trophy in extra-time.  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  The exemplary behaviour of the travelling Celtic support during that time received widespread praise from football&amp;rsquo;s governing bodies, with the&amp;nbsp;fans receiving prestigious Fair Play awards from both FIFA and UEFA for their conduct.</description>

        <title>Celts for Change tribute set in stone</title>
        <description> A SPECIAL paving stone has been unveiled at the entrance to Celtic Park to honour the efforts of the &amp;acute;Celts for Change&amp;acute; group.  Five supporters formed the group back in 1993 in a bid to challenge the frustrations that fans were feeling towards the direction the club were heading in. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brendan Sweeney, Colin Duncan, Matt McGlone, David Cunningham and John Thompson were the original members whose efforts helped bring vital change to the club, with Fergus McCann taking over and saving the club in March 1994.</description>

        <description> LAST Sunday&amp;nbsp;eight fans plus their sub arrived at Celtic Park to take their 1254125 challenge.  This team of Paradise Climbers had committed to run up AND down all the steps within the stadium for Celtic Charity, Mary&amp;rsquo;s Meals and The Malawi Young Leaders Project. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  After their initial warm-up and a motivational huddle, the team took themselves to the top tier of the Lisbon Lions stand to start their epic challenge.</description>

        <title>Samaras: There is no 'I' in team</title>
